Mixed media (acrylic paint, screen printing ink, charcoal, stucco, silicone) on canvas
This piece is meant to better show of my recent techniques. All four pieces were taped together. After several layers, the canvases were removed one by one. Each canvas, left to right, is a snapshot in time. The goal of each layer is to make the piece a little better than the previous layer. I typically build a layer in sets of 3 paints. I feel this limitation helps me end my analysis paralysis and let the paints hit the canvas.
